TimelessMotionBoxing is a personal meditation and wellness program that utilizes breathe work meditation in order to build cognitive abilities at which we will reinforce through high level exclusive boxing techniques.
Imagine you are in the middle of a forest. All the trees you see around you represent each one of your thoughts. What my program does is: develop,train, and sharpen your ability to elevate your mind to a higher plane where you can see all of the trees as a collective. Being able to see a collective of thoughts help you to not get so staggered on a single one.
When you are in an environment that stimulates your axiety: observe what it does to your breathing. Is your breathing deep? Shallow? Does it start in the top of your diaphragm at your chest or are you breathing with your stomach, using the bottom of the diaphragm as well? And then I want you to compare your breathing behaviors to your interactions while you further interact with different enviornments as in when you are at a resting state, or after a work out, or when you are sad. Different environments stimulate your body to respond adversely to each and every new stimulus. So that being said: we work to understand the relationship between the environment influencing your perception and your body`s response to thus.
If two beings of any kind, offer the same physical attributes then it ultimately comes down to efficiency of thought process that creates a differ between both of their performances. This program focuses highly on the relationship that our members have with their thought process.
In the blog section you will have access to scientific study's surrounding the concepts that are involved in my program. You will also have access to observe how I perceive and mend my personal own personal thought process.
With us being a wellness program: we centralize our training around our fighter`s health and longevity. Thus creating a system that utilizes high body awareness and repetition of simulations in order to promote learning: rather than consistent high impact sparring. I believe that boxing is simply a feel and at a certain threshold of pain: learning is tampered by a saturation of fear, inhibiting you to do anything but react. If you do not have the trained reactions (through extremely high repetition, drilling, and muscle memory ) then there is a lack of information for your brain to refer to once you get into a highly stimulating situation.

TimelessMotionBoxing is a program that focuses purely on wellness by using boxing as a tool to exhibit, facilitate, and mimic the everyday thought processes of life thus leading to the reflection and observation of those same thoughts via meditation.
Observe and conquer the limitations of your mind. Our goal is to give you cognitive tools in order for you to be at your highest performance inside and outside of the ring.
