NO REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 5, 2025

1. General Policy

All purchases made to TimelessMotionBoxing are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. This policy applies to training sessions, coaching packages, memberships, classes, seminars, camps, online programs, digital content, consultations, deposits, special events, and other services or products offered by TimelessMotionBoxing.

2. Missed Sessions and Cancellations

A client's failure to attend a scheduled session does not create a right to a refund. TimelessMotionBoxing may establish separate scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, or late-arrival rules for particular services.

Any approved rescheduling or account credit is offered at TimelessMotionBoxing's discretion and does not constitute a cash refund.

3. Packages, Memberships, and Prepaid Services

Payments for packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable after purchase, including when a client elects to stop participating before all purchased services have been used.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused sessions or services have no cash value and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval.

4. Digital and Online Products

Fees for online coaching, instructional materials, videos, downloadable resources, virtual programs, and access to online learning platforms are non-refundable once access has been granted or the digital product has been delivered.

5. TimelessMotionBoxing Cancellations

If TimelessMotionBoxing cancels a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduled date, or comparable credit, TimelessMotionBoxing may issue a refund for the affected undelivered service.

This exception does not apply when a service cannot be provided because of circumstances attributable to the client.

6. Chargebacks and Billing Questions

Clients should contact TimelessMotionBoxing promptly regarding billing questions or disputed charges so the matter can be reviewed.

This policy does not limit any rights a consumer may have under applicable federal, state, or local law.

7. Acceptance

By purchasing or using TimelessMotionBoxing services, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted this No Refund Policy.
